Jillian Smith

Jillian is excited to be bringing her passion of music to Studio 3 Performing Arts. Jillian has been studying voice for many years, including a background in both musical theatre and classical technique. She loves to instill a passion for music in her students, and teaches to develop healthy, safe singing habits that support a lifelong singing career.

As an undergraduate, she performed in several opera and musical theatre productions including the ASU Concert Choir and Solo Performances, where she performed classical repertoire in French, German, and English, as well as musical theatre. She was honored to have the opportunity to attend the German Opera Summer Abroad through James Madison University.

Not only an accomplished singer, Jillian has also had a long career as a dancer and performer. She was a performer with the Rockettes Summer Intensive and Showcase for 2 years in New York City and has been seen with the Southwest Youth Ballet Theatre and Ballet Magnificati Summer Intensive. Jillian holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the WB Carey School of Business at ASU and was recognized as a New American University Scholar.

Jillian currently teaches voice and dance throughout the Valley, and continues to perform professionally. She was recently seen in West Side Story (Velma) with the Hale Centre Theatre in Downtown Gilbert. She is excited to be in the Studio 3 Family as a vocal instructor.
