Nikki Gray

Nikki has been dancing for 24 years and teaching for 15. She has taught at several studios working with both competition teams and recreational classes, as well as teaching for the Coppell ISD and the YMCA in Dallas, where she is originally from. Both she and her students have won numerous awards at a national competitive level. In college, she received numerous awards for outstanding vocal performance and was the lead singer for the campus jazz band. In the summer of 2010, Nikki participated in the International Performing Arts Institute (IPAI) in Kiefersfelden, Germany. Here, she continued her dance, voice, theatre and performance training.

Nikki has studied voice extensively and is also a former member of the professional Christian Hip Hop Crew, “Ryte Side”. This group has performed all over the metroplex at churches, concerts and local events such as Winter Fest, Celebrate Freedom, Imagine Project, Sock it to Satan, and more. Nikki is classically trained in voice and has been teaching voice for 12 years. Back in Dallas, Nikki was a worship leader serving as lead vocalist and worship coordinator to many congregations. Nikki is a former member of Accapella ensemble, “Vogue Passé”, which released their album in the spring of 2012. She is also working on completing her solo album “Redeemer.”

Nikki is excited to be at Studio 3 teaching jazz ,voice, and musical theatre. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael of 11 wonderful years and their three wonderful children.
