Dylan Pinion

Dylan Pinion was recently cast as Benjamin in Mesa Encore Theatre’s production of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. We are very proud of his outstanding performance in this role!

Dylan was most recently seen in Wizard of Oz with Studio 3 and in Mesa Encore Theatre’s production of The Music Man. This year, Dylan is performing with the Studio 3 Showstoppers in the Boys Company.

Aldy Montufar

Studio 3 Director of Music, Aldy Montufar, is a member of the local jazz/indie/funk band, The Tryst, who won a “Tammie Award” for best jazz band in Arizona 2010. After recently releasing their 3rd album this year, they were also nominated for Best Jazz Band, Best Vocalist, Best Trumpet Player (Aldy), Best Drummer, and more for the 2011 season.  2011 Awards will be announced later this month. Becca Webb

Studio 3 student Becca Webb recently performed as littlest orphan “Molly” in the professional production of Annie at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, followed by the role of “Gretl” in The Sound of Music, also at the Broadway Palm.  This summer, Becca also performed in The Music Man with Mesa Encore Theatre.

Rebecca is currently in the Showstoppers Jr Elite Company at Studio 3.

Emma England

Studio 3 Artistic Director, Emma England, has been very busy this year! She performed in the professional production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater last fall, and returned to the Broadway Palm in February, 2011, where she performed as Kitty & Liz, and acted as female swing. Emma is excited about participating in more productions in the future.

Cameron Pinion

Cameron Pinion was recently nominated for an AriZoni Award for his performance as Winthrop in The Music Man with Copperstar Repertory Company last year. He is very excited for this first nomination!

Cameron also performed in Music Man with Mesa Encore Theatre this summer, and in his first professional production with Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Cinderella as the Little Boy.

Cameron is currently in Studio 3′s Showstoppers Boys Company. We are very proud of his accomplishments this year!

3DC ~ Dance Competition 2011

3DC Dominated at the  Cathy Roe Dance Competition this year!

“The Call” won platinum with the 2nd overall highest score and was nominated to be adjudicated at nationals this summer.
Rachael Jacobs won 2nd overall for best overall choreography.
Lauren’s solo got high gold
Whitney won highest score for student choreography
Jordan was offered a modeling contract with a dance magazine, and traveled to nationals this summer to compete her solo, where she earned a platinum rating.

Ryan Donovan-Schager

Studio 3 student Ryan Donovan-Schager was chosen to perform the part of an angel in Ballet Arizona’s professional production of The Nutcracker in December, 2010. This is quite an honor, as very few children are selected to be a part of this amazing show! Congratulations Ryan!
